In order to study the effects of ultraviolet radiation and oxygenation on cAMP, cGMP, β2 microglobulin (IgM), IgA and IgG in healthy volunteers in vitro, radioimmunoassay was used to measure the plasma levels of healthy blood ultraviolet (UV) radiation and plasma before and after oxygenation In the content of the above substances. As a result, plasma cAMP ± 17.2 (13.55 ± 5.17 vs. 38.95 nmo I / L, P <0.01) and CGMP (2.79 ± 1.43 vs. 3.50 vs. (1.32 ± 0.62 vs 0.87 ± 0.35g / L, P <0.01), β2mG (37 ± 1.17nmol / L, P <0.05) And IgG had no significant change (P> 0.05), blood group O, A, B and AB between the plasma substance changes, no significant difference. These results suggest that ultraviolet radiation and oxygenation can affect plasma cAMP, cGMP and IgG levels in vitro, which provides a basis for the clinical application of this method.
