胎儿产前超声筛查是发现胎儿畸形的首选医学方法。提高基层医师技能是社会和医学发展的需要。本文根据县乡基层医师的特点,通过严格规范化操作技术培训,进行分系统的基础课、拓展课和难点课加强理论学习与拓宽知识面,注重训练思维能力和培养自发学习研究能力,以利于基层医师更好地掌握及提高胎儿产前超声筛查专业技能,让基层医师有能力及时发现胎儿异常的一些蛛丝马迹,减少漏诊,才可以为提高出生人口质量把好关。
