1月21日晚,中国北京。来自吉尔吉斯斯坦的资深外交家伊马纳利耶夫,走过红地毯,正式开启他作为上海合作组织秘书长的全新多边外交生涯。上合组织此次迎来的是一位“中国通”秘书长。伊马纳利耶夫早年毕业于莫斯科大学亚非学院,主攻历史学与东方学,这位1956年2月25日出生的职业外交官,熟练掌握英语、吉尔吉斯语、汉语和俄语,曾任吉尔吉斯斯坦外交部长,1993～1996年任吉尔吉斯斯坦驻中华人民共和国特命全权大使。
The evening of January 21, Beijing, China. Yimanaliyev, a senior diplomat from Kyrgyzstan, walked the red carpet and officially opened his new multilateral diplomatic career as the Secretary-General of the Shanghai Cooperation Organization. The SCO welcomes this time a secretary general of China Communications. Earlier graduated from the Asian-African University Moscow State University, specializing in history and Oriental Studies, a man who was born on February 25, 1956, a diplomat in charge of English, Kyrgyz, Chinese and Russian, and former Kyrgyzstan Minister for Foreign Affairs, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Kyrgyzstan to the People’s Republic of China from 1993 to 1996.
