应用GIS软件ARC/INFO,建立太湖流域海面一地面变化信息系统,并与数据采集系统、图像处理系统和计算机系统相结合,研究对本区人类社会经济发展、区域规划、工程建设和人民生活产生重大影响的气候、海面、地面变化和区域环境变迁.采用长江三角洲地区邻近海域21世纪前半期地区性RSL上升幅度预测方案进行研究,结果表明:随着海面的不断上升和太湖流域地面沉降的加剧,2000年到2050年,太湖流域处于高潮位以下区域逐渐扩大该研究成果可用计算机屏幕或图形终端显示,或用笔式绘图仪、静电绘图仪或打印机输出.
The application of GIS software ARC / INFO to establish a sea surface and ground level change information system in Taihu Lake Basin and to combine it with data acquisition system, image processing system and computer system to study the significant impact on human socio-economic development, regional planning, project construction and people's life in this area Impacts of climate, sea level, surface change and regional environmental change. The results show that with the sea surface rising and the land subsidence aggravating in the Taihu Lake basin, the area under the high tide of the Taihu Lake basin from 2000 to 2050 will be used to study the regional RSL increase range in the first half of the 21st century. Gradual expansion of the research results can be displayed on a computer screen or graphical terminal, or pen plotter, electrostatic plotter or printer output.
