1994年9月,我们对广东省的广州、深圳、珠海等市中外合资合作企业中方国有资产管理的状况进行了调研。现将有关情况汇报如下: 一、广东省三资企业的特点 1.发展迅猛,初具规模。改革开放以来,广东省三资企业迅猛发展,仅1993年一年,新批三资企业4400多户(含外省市及中央部委创办的)。到1993年底,广东省属三资企业13000多户,已投产企业7389户。其中,中外合资企业3545户,合作企业3019户,独资企业825户;盈利企业3610
In September 1994, we investigated the state-owned asset management of Chinese-foreign joint ventures and cooperative enterprises in Guangzhou, Shenzhen, Zhuhai, and other cities in Guangdong Province. The relevant situation is reported as follows: I. Characteristics of the foreign-funded enterprises in Guangdong Province 1. The rapid development has begun to take shape. Since the reform and opening up, Guangdong’s foreign-funded enterprises have developed rapidly. In 1993 alone, more than 4,400 newly-funded enterprises (including those established by other provinces and cities and central ministries and commissions) were newly approved. By the end of 1993, Guangdong Province had over 13,000 foreign-funded enterprises and 7,389 production enterprises. Among them, there are 3,545 Sino-foreign equity joint ventures, 3019 cooperative enterprises, 825 wholly-owned enterprises, and 3610 profitable enterprises.
