目的通过对哮喘患儿进行健康教育,探讨规范管理干预在指导哮喘患儿用药方面的作用,以及对其生活质量以及家庭负担的影响。方法本研究严格按照GINA方案的儿童哮喘诊断标准,对广州医学院第一附属医院2008年3月-2009年9月以来收治的150名哮喘患儿,按照年龄群分为3组并对其管理干预前后的各组数据进行详细记录并进行t检验,以明确规范管理干预的实际效能。结果通过健康教育以及管理干预,儿童的生活学习质量(P=0.047,0.032)、治疗依从性(P=0.0331)以及家庭经济负担(P=0.042,0.041,0.041)都明显地改善。结论健康教育的系统管理干预对于有效控制哮喘发作、减轻家庭经济负担和提高患儿学习质量有着积极的意义,值得在临床工作中认真落实,以提高护理工作质量和改善医护患三方的关系。
Objective To investigate the effect of standard management interventions on the medication guidance for children with asthma, as well as their impact on their quality of life and family burden through health education for children with asthma. Methods In this study, 150 children with asthma admitted to the First Affiliated Hospital of Guangzhou Medical College from March 2008 to September 2009 were randomly divided into 3 groups and administered according to the GINA diagnostic criteria of childhood asthma. The data of each group before and after the intervention were recorded in detail and t-test was carried out to clearly standardize the actual effectiveness of the management intervention. Results The quality of life learning (P = 0.047,0.032), treatment compliance (P = 0.0331), and family financial burden (P = 0.042,0.041,0.041) were significantly improved by health education and management intervention. Conclusion Systematic management intervention in health education is of positive significance to effectively control asthma attacks, reduce family financial burden and improve children’s learning quality. It is worth to be conscientiously implemented in clinical work in order to improve the quality of nursing work and improve the relationship between the three parties.
