该文研究在同一光学谐振腔内设置双电极对TEACO2激光器的问题。在横向放电区,由于等离子体化学反应的感生介质N2O和NO在各个放电区中相互扩散,相互扰动,从而干扰了双光脉冲对输出的稳定性。从气体横向放电引起的感生介质为基础,从理论和实验上分析讨论了感生介质扩散系数和传播速率,并采用复化Simpson公式在计算机上进行了数值计算,所得结果与实验相符。此项工作的开展,为研究多电极对激光器奠定了理论及实验基础。
This paper investigates the issue of setting a two-electrode TEACO2 laser in the same optical resonator. In the lateral discharge area, N2O and NO, which are induced by the plasma chemical reaction, interdiffuse with each other in each discharge area and disturb the stability of the output of the double light pulse. Based on the induced medium caused by lateral discharge of gas, the diffusion coefficient and propagation velocity of the induced medium were theoretically and experimentally analyzed, and the numerical calculation was carried out on the computer using the complex Simpson formula. The obtained results are in good agreement with the experiment. The work carried out for the study of multi-electrode laser lays a theoretical and experimental basis.
