2008年.是我们全面贯彻落实党的十七大精神,按照省委“创业富民、创新强省”的要求,深入推进新农村建设的重要一年。做好今年的工作,对于全面完成省委省政府关于全面建设惠及全省人民的小康社会的宏伟目标,又好又快推进新农村建设,意义十分重大。我们要抢抓机遇、创新提升、乘势而上,坚持以科学发展观为统领,深入实施统筹城乡发展方略,坚定不移地走创业富民创新强省之路,大力推进农业发展方式、农村经济发展平
2008 is an important year for us to thoroughly implement the spirit of the 17th National Congress of the CPC and promote the construction of a new countryside in accordance with the requirements of the provincial party committee, “Start a business for the rich and enrich the people and create a strong province for innovation.” Doing a good job for this year is of great significance for the complete accomplishment of the grand goal of the provincial party committee and government on building a moderately prosperous society that benefits all people in the province and for promoting sound and rapid new countryside construction. We must seize opportunities, innovate and upgrade, ride on the momentum, adhere to the guidance of the scientific concept of development, and implement the plan of urban and rural development in an all-round way. We will unswervingly follow the path of starting a new and prosperous province by entrepreneurs and enriching people and vigorously promote the mode of agricultural development and rural economic development level
