当前中国文化走出去的传播效果不佳是一个不争的事实。在“西学东渐”到“东学西传”的大变局背景下,学界应从“翻译外”和“翻译内”思考对外译介的传播效果问题。由于目的语读者受众传统的中心意识,中国文化在西方不受重视,这是“翻译外”的问题,国家发展解决了这个问题。与此同时,翻译界的学者应积极思考解决“翻译内”的问题,即“翻译方式”和“翻译语言”上存在的问题,立足中国文化本位,推动中国文化“走出去”。
It is an indisputable fact that the current dissemination of Chinese culture goes bad. Under the background of the great changes of “Western Learning from East to West” to “East Learning from West to East”, academics should consider the effect of the spread of foreign translated media from “translation outside ” and “translation inside ”.
