本期发表的《“忧”也风采》一文,报道了工程院院士、上海纺科院副院长孙晋良“忧患”之下出成果的事迹,我们为院士之“忧”叫好。 其一是“忧”能致远。常言说,人无远虑,必有近患。由于孙院士带领下的纺科院当年有此远虑,在高科技领域占领了一席之地,才能在今日结构调整中增强抗击力。这对只顾眼前利益,不顾长远利益的短期行为具有很好的借鉴和反恩作用。 其二是出乎常人意料之外的院士之“忧”,深刻反映了当前市场经济和科研体制的改革力度。改革就是要打破常规,消除人浮于事,端掉大锅饭,使人人肩上有担子,人人眼前有数字,在改革中找到自己的定位,否则势必贫困
