22年前,单位进行改制,她被安排到农广校,这一干就是二十多年。二十多年里,她伴随着津南农广校的成长和壮大,在与农民接触的过程中,农民对知识的渴望和无助的眼神打动了她,丰收后的喜悦和憨厚的笑容感染了她,让她由讨厌教师工作慢慢地变成了热爱,并在这一平凡的岗位上取得了不平凡的成绩,先后多次被中央农广校、天津市农委、天津市农业局、区委区政府、天津市农广校评为先进工作者、优秀共产党员等称号,她就是天津市农业广播电视学校津南区分校教师陈淑菊。
