目的探讨非源于颅神经主干的神经鞘瘤的临床特点和组织学起源。方法对手术切除的肿瘤进行常规病理和组织化学检查。结果本文２例颅内神经鞘瘤与颅神经干无关。结论非源于颅神经主干的神经鞘瘤的组织学来源可分为两类即：源于颅内非正常存在的雪旺细胞与源于非神经干之颅内正常存在的雪旺细胞。
Objective To investigate the clinical features and histological origin of schwannoma not derived from the cranial nerve trunk. Methods Tumor resected tumors were routinely histopathologically and histochemically examined. Results of this article 2 cases of intracranial schwannoma and cranial nerve stem has nothing to do. Conclusion The histological origin of Schwannoma originating from the cranial nerve trunk can be divided into two types: Schwann cells derived from intracranial non-normality and Schwann cells derived from non-neural stem cells present in the brain.
