“全面做好离退休干部工作”是党的十八大报告对老干部工作提出的要求。贯彻落实好这一要求,必须全面系统学习党的十八大精神,着眼老干部“两高期”出现的新变化、新需求,树立新观念,以老干部健康长寿、永葆本色为目标,真心实意为老干部办实事、办好事,帮助老干部提高生活质量,确保其晚年幸福美满。一、深刻认识和准确把握党的十八大对老干部工作的新要求,增强做好老干部工作的责任感
“Fully Doing the Work of Retired Cadres” is the requirement put forward by the 18th CPC National Congress report on the work of veteran cadres. To implement this requirement, we must comprehensively and systematically study the spirit of the 18th CPC National Congress, set our eyes on the new changes and new demands that veteran cadres have emerged in “two highs” and establish new concepts.
