患者男,78岁。主诉,走路时右腿疼痛1个月。查体:患者右侧臀部略有隆起,触诊有较硬包块。超声检查:右臀部肌肉深面见较大实质性低回声区肿物,形态欠规整,边界欠清,髂骨似有骨质断裂现象;彩色图像见肿物内有散在的彩色血流信号(图1a)。超声造影,静脉注射声诺维2.4ml,15s后肿物增强,瘤体为多血管分布,增强呈快进模式到30s
Male patient, 78 years old. Chief complaint, walking right leg pain for 1 month. Physical examination: the patient’s right hips slightly elevated, palpable palpable mass.
