该研究采用99mTc-培谱利欧霉素(Pepleomycin,PPM)进行SPECT亲肿瘤显像,分析99mTc-PPM在正常人体内的分布、代谢及其对体外显像诊断恶性肿瘤的价值。26例恶性肿瘤与10例良性病变患者均进行SPECT早期及延迟平面及断层显像。结果:99mTc-PPM对恶性肿瘤组患者的总阳性检出率达69.2%,如除外肺部及骨骼系统转移性病变患者则灵敏度可达90%;显示99mTc-PPM对于体外显像诊断恶性肿瘤具有明确的实用价值。
In this study, 99mTc-spectrum Pepleomycin (PPM) was used for SPECT anatomy imaging. The distribution and metabolism of 99mTc-PPM in normal humans were analyzed and the value of 99mTc-PPM in the diagnosis of malignant tumors in vitro was analyzed. SPECT early stage, delayed plane and tomographic imaging were performed in 26 cases of malignant tumors and 10 cases of benign lesions. RESULTS: The total positive rate of 99mTc-PPM was 69.2% in patients with malignant tumors, and 90% in patients with pulmonary and skeletal metastases except for 99mTc-PPM. 99mTc-PPM was used to diagnose malignant tumors in vitro. The tumor has a clear practical value.
