目的报道1例拉米夫定引起听力障碍的不良反应。方法对不良反应发生的过程及原因进行阐述及分析。结果患者听力障碍的不良反应系由拉米夫定引起的。结论拉米夫定可引起听力障碍的不良反应,临床应用中应引起重视。
Objective To report a case of lamivudine-induced adverse effects of hearing impairment. Methods The process and the causes of adverse reactions were described and analyzed. The adverse effects of hearing impairment in patients were caused by lamivudine. Conclusion Lamivudine can cause adverse reactions of hearing impairment, which should be paid more attention in clinical application.
