通过问卷调查,研究当前信息技术环境下中小学教师的课堂教学行为方式及其影响因素之间的关系状况,结果表明:教师的信息技术价值取向水平呈明显层次分布,其中价值接受、价值偏爱水平较高,而价值信奉水平偏低;教师的教学动机和策略可明显分为信息传输(以教师为中心)和概念变化(以学生为中心),教师更倾向选择概念变化(以学生为中心)的教学动机和策略;信息技术环境支持下,教师的信息技术价值取向与概念变化(以学生为中心)的教学动机和策略呈显著正相关。研究结论对提升中小学教师的教学执行力和信息技术的合理应用有一定参考价值。
Through the questionnaire survey, this paper studies the relationship between the primary and secondary school teachers’ classroom teaching behavior and its influencing factors under the current information technology environment. The results show that the level of information technology value orientation of teachers is obviously distributed, among which the value is accepted and the value of preference Higher, and lower values of beliefs; teachers’ motivation and strategy can be obviously divided into information transmission (teacher-centered) and conceptual change (student-centered), and teachers tend to choose conceptual change (student-centered) Motivation and strategy of instructional teaching. With the support of information technology environment, teacher’s value orientation of information technology is positively related to teaching motivation and strategy of concept change (student-centered). The conclusions of the study have some reference value to improve the teaching execution ability of primary and secondary school teachers and the reasonable application of information technology.
