目的:调查天津市中新生态城的中小学生的屈光状态。方法:横断面调查天津外国语大学附属滨海外国语小学部和中学部2018年11月至12月纳入的4 218名7~18岁学生。检查裸眼远视力,自然瞳孔下电脑验光,应用IOL-Master检查眼轴。结果:本调查中总近视发生率为65.03%(2 743/4 218),不同年龄的近视发生率7~12岁者为59.61%(1 974/3 312),13~15岁者为81.45%(460/565),16~18岁者为80.87%(276/341)。右眼占59.60%(2 514/4 218),左眼占55.10%(2 324/4 218)。女生为68.67%(1 405/2 046),男生为61.60%(1 338/2 172),右眼较左眼近视率高,女生较男生近视率高,差异均有统计学意义(n P<0.05)。随着年龄的增加,近视发生率逐渐增加,9岁开始近视发生率明显增高,但到17岁时稍有下降。平均等效球镜度:正视者右眼为(-0.09±0.25)D,左眼为(-0.07±0.25)D;近视者右眼为(-2.54±1.76)D,左眼为(-2.46±1.71)D。平均眼轴长度:正视者右眼为(23.31±0.78)mm,左眼为(23.30±0.78)mm;低度近视者右眼为(23.96±0.92)mm,左眼为(23.99±0.91)mm;中度近视者右眼为(25.01±0.96)mm,左眼为(25.08±0.87)mm;高度近视者右眼为(26.05±1.01)mm,左眼为(26.08±0.99)mm。屈光度与眼轴长度呈负相关(n r=-0.68,n P<0.001),随着眼轴的增长,屈光度负值越大。n 结论:天津市中新生态城中小学生近视发生率高,以低度近视为主,随年龄的增长,发生率逐渐增加。“,”Objective:To investigate the refractive status of primary and secondary school students in Sino-Singapore Tianjin Eco-City.Methods:This was a cross-sectional study. A total of 4 218 students aged 7-18 years in Sino-Singapore Tianjin Eco-City were collected. The uncorrected distance visual acuity were measured, and each subject was examined by computer optometry without cycloplegia. The axial length of eyeball of each subject was examined with IOL-Master.Results:The incidence of myopia was 65.03% (2 743/4 218), among which 59.61% (1 974/3 312) were aged 7-12 years, 81.45% (460/565) were aged 13-15 years and 80.87% (276/341) were aged 16-18 years. There were 59.60% (2 514/4 218) occured in right eyes and 55.10% (2 324/4 218) in left eyes. The 68.67% (1 405/2 046) cases were female students and 61.60% (1 338/2 172) were male students. The incidence of myopia in right eye and in female students was higher than that in left eye and in male students. The difference was statistically significant (n P<0.05). The incidence of myopia increased with age, remarkably from the age of 9, but decreased from 17 years old. The spherical equivalent refraction(SER) of right and left eyes of emmetropia was(-0.09±0.25) D and (-0.07±0.25) D. The SER of right and left eyes with myopia was (-2.54±1.76)D and (-2.46±1.71)D. The axial length of right and left eyes was (23.31±0.78) mm and (23.30±0.78) mm, (23.96±0.92) mm and (23.99±0.91) mm for those with low myopia, (25.01±0.96) mm and (25.08±0.87) mm for those with moderate myopia, and (26.05±1.01) mm and (26.08±0.99) mm for those with high myopia, respectively. The SER was negatively correlated with the axial legth (n r=-0.68, n P<0.001). The axial length of myopia increased gradually with the deepening of myopia degree.n Conclusion:There is a high incidence of myopia among the students of primary and secondary school in Sino-Singapore Tianjin Eco-City, mainly low myopia, and the incidence increased with age.
