食品,是人类赖于生存的必需物质,食品卫生又关系到民族兴旺、社会公德、家庭幸福和个人的身体健康。所以,中华人民共和国《食品卫生法》第25条明确规定;食品生产、经营人员每年必须要进行健康检查,取得了“健康证”方能从业,这一规定为防止食品污染而引起食物中毒和传染性疾病的发生、流行,对社会人群的健康和消费者的安全,起到了一定的监督和保护的作用。
