汽车变速器齿轮是实现动力传递的关键基础件,而渗碳淬火作为零件表面强化的主流工艺,也已在企业获得了广泛应用。为确保其表面的强化质量,这些年来通过各类途径已推出了多种相应的标准,以规范对这些零件经渗碳后的质量控制。以几个不同类型的企业为例,详尽又具体地介绍了如何在正确执行表面强化工艺的前提下,通过规范的测试和评价方法,以对表面强化质量实施有效的监控。
Automotive gearbox transmission is the key to achieving power transmission of the basic components, and carburizing quenching as part of the surface strengthening of the mainstream technology, has also been widely used in the enterprise. In order to ensure the superficial quality of its surface, various standards have been introduced through various channels over the years to standardize the quality control of these parts after carburizing. Taking several different types of enterprises as examples, this paper gives an exhaustive and detailed introduction on how to carry out effective monitoring of surface hardening quality through standardized tests and evaluation methods under the premise of correctly implementing the surface strengthening process.
