水电总局于1981年9月8日至21日在北京召开了水电前期工作和工程质量管理工作会议,出席会议的有电力部所属水电工程局、设计院和有关省(区)水电工程局、指挥部、设计院、国家计委、建委、能委、水科院、三三○工程局和基建工程兵水电指挥部,电力部有关司局也派代表出席了会议,长办、水利部北京设计院等单位应邀出席了会议。与会代表共191人。
The General Administration of Hydropower held a working meeting on hydropower preliminary work and project quality management in Beijing from September 8 to September 21, 1981 with the participation of the Hydropower Engineering Bureau, Design Institute and relevant provincial (district) Hydropower Engineering Bureau under the command of the Ministry of Electric Power Ministry of Planning, State Planning Commission, Construction Committee, NEC Committee, CAST, 330 Bureau and Infrastructure Corps hydropower headquarters, the relevant department of the Ministry of Electric Power also sent representatives to attend the meeting, the Office of Long, the Beijing Institute of Water Resources Other units were invited to attend the meeting. A total of 191 delegates.
