利用单晶金刚石车刀和超精密车床,采用提出的车削参数,使复合材料车削表面粗糙度达到Ra=0.01(▽13),实现了SiCw/Al复合材料的超精车削加工,扩大了其应用范围。对比了基体合金与复合材料的车削加工结果,并测定了二者的加工残余应力。还利用化学镀方法在SiCw/Al复合材料表面镀金属镍,镀层结合强度为320MPa,因此可以通过加工表面镀镍层而达到SiCw/Al复合材料超精加工的目的。
The use of single-crystal diamond turning tools and ultra-precision lathe, the use of the proposed turning parameters, so that the composite surface turning roughness Ra = 0.01 (▽ 13), to achieve the SiCw / Al composite superfinishing machining, expanding its application range.
