目的了解掌握心血管病介入手术中所致工作人员的辐射剂量及危害,分析辐射防护的重要性。方法利用热释光剂量法对实际手术过程中医生、病人、护士进行剂量监测,并将防护前后的剂量作比较对照。结果介入手术中工作人员接受的剂量水平较高,不同种类的介入手术辐射剂量有很大差异,有效屏蔽可降低受照剂量80%以上。结论在注重达到诊疗目的的同时在介入手术中必须做到辐射防护的最优化。
Objective To understand the radiation doses and hazards of staff members involved in cardiovascular intervention and to analyze the importance of radiation protection. Methods The dosage of thermoluminescence was used to monitor the dosages of doctors, patients and nurses during the actual operation, and the doses before and after protection were compared. Results The intervention staff received a higher dose level, different types of interventional radiation dose are very different, effective shielding can reduce the irradiated dose of more than 80%. Conclusions The radiation protection must be optimized in the interventional procedure while paying attention to the purpose of diagnosis and treatment.
