我组于1978年秋在安徽池州地区卫生防疫站、长江医院及××厂医务室的大力支持和帮助下,在刘街一溪沟中捕集到一批石蟹(长江华溪蟹),当时因发现该批石蟹中囊蚴较多,曾对其中一对最大的蟹称重并分别作了囊蚴计数。雄蟹重36克,共找到囊蚴5,833个,平均每克蟹含囊蚴162个。这是迄今国内外肺吸虫中间宿主感染囊蚴数的最高记录;雌蟹重24.6克检得囊蚴550个,平均每克蟹含囊蚴22.3个。用该雄蟹中的部分囊蚴感染家犬10只,获得的成虫经鉴定为卫氏并殖吸虫。 1979年5月我们又前往同一地点采集石蟹和川卷螺(放逸短沟蜷)进行剖检,其结果如下: 石蟹中囊蚴的检查: 共查蟹78只,感染囊蚴的蟹73只,感染率为93.6％。蟹共重403.2克,平均每只蟹重5.2克。这批蟹共找到囊蚴9,967个,平均每蟹含囊
