根据稀土元素Nd性质活泼和元素B易挥发的特点,采取一种完善的方法,成功地制备了Nd-Fe-B三元扩散偶.此方法对其它性质活泼和易挥发的元素也运用.采用金相观察、电子探针和X射线衍射分析等方法,测定了Nd-Fe-B三元系在常压1000℃下等温截面.结果表明,该系在常压1000℃下有三个稳定的化合物,即Nd2Fe14B、Nd2Fe7B6和Nd9Fe3B8.各化合物均有固定的化学计量而无溶解度范围.对Fe-Nd二元系的研究表明,在常压下,NdFe2化合物不存在.
According to the characteristics of active rare earth element Nd and volatile element B, Nd-Fe-B ternary diffusion couple was successfully prepared by a perfect method. This method is also used for other active and volatile elements. The isothermal cross section of Nd-Fe-B ternary system at 1000 ℃ was measured by metallographic observation, electron probe and X-ray diffraction analysis. The results show that the system has three stable compounds at atmospheric pressure of 1000 ℃, namely Nd2Fe14B, Nd2Fe7B6 and Nd9Fe3B8. Each compound has a fixed stoichiometry without solubility range. Studies on the Fe-Nd binary system show that NdFe2 compounds are absent at atmospheric pressure.
