柳州市融水苗族自治县杆洞乡与贵州省交界,距离县城140多公里,是全县最边远、最偏僻的高寒山区乡。在这里,有一位教龄超过40年的老教师叫梁新招,他被当地村民称为“杆洞乡最老的校长”。梁新招当过代课教师,曾经每天奔波于几个教学点教学,做过14年全乡数学辅导员,担任过18年村小校长。40多年的教师生涯,他始终怀着一颗淳朴的育人初心,默默坚守在苗山深处,用心浇灌着大苗山里的孩子们。
