目的比较不同眼轮匝肌活动记录方法对豚鼠痕迹性眨眼条件反射建立的影响。方法采用350ms正弦波纯音和100ms束状氧气流的配对刺激,训练豚鼠建立痕迹性眨眼条件反射。在此过程中,分别使用张力换能器和金属微电极记录眼轮匝肌活动,并使用我室编制的Matlab软件分析眨眼行为数据。结果2种记录方法条件下,豚鼠均能建立痕迹性眨眼条件反射,但应变片组动物条件眨眼反应的习得速率相对于肌电图组更快(P<0.05)。此外,条件反射训练第10天,应变片组动物条件反应峰潜伏期显著迟于肌电图组(P<0.05)。结论相对于肌电图记录法,应变片记录法是一种更适合于豚鼠联想型学习神经生物学机制研究的记录方法。
Objective To compare the effects of different orbital orbicularis oculi motility recording methods on the conditional blink reflex in guinea pigs. Methods Paired stimuli of 350 ms sine wave pure tone and 100 ms beam oxygen flow were used to train guinea pigs to establish a trace blink reflex. During this process, orbital muscle activity was recorded using a tension transducer and a metal microelectrode, respectively, and blink behavior data was analyzed using Matlab software developed by our laboratory. Results Under the two recording methods, guinea pigs could establish the trace blink reflex, but the learning rate of blink reaction in the strain gauge group was faster than that of the EMG group (P <0.05). In addition, on the 10th day after conditioned reflex training, the peak latency of conditioned response in strain gauge group was significantly later than that in EMG group (P <0.05). Conclusion Compared with the EMG recording method, strain gage recording method is a more suitable recording method for studying the neurobiology mechanism of guinea pig association learning.
