近年来,医闹问题作为中国特有的现象,从“有理取闹”向“无理取闹”演变,严重扰乱社会秩序的同时,更损害了患者切身利益,阻碍医疗卫生事业的发展,成为当下社会急需重视和治理的一道难题。作者试从多层次剖析医闹形成的原因及危害,并着重从强化医患双方的道德建设、完善医疗纠纷的处理机制、健全医疗保险机制的立法建构、加大整治医闹的执法力度等方面,探讨适合中国现有国情的医闹解决对策,提出治理医闹问题上的路径。
In recent years, as a peculiar phenomenon in China, the medical treatment and nuisance problem evolves from “reasonable to make trouble ” to “vexatious ”, which seriously disrupts social order. At the same time, it harms the vital interests of patients and impedes the development of medical and health undertakings, A problem that society urgently needs attention and governance. The author attempts to analyze the causes and harms of medical trouble at multiple levels and emphasizes the following aspects: strengthening the moral construction between doctors and patients, improving the handling mechanism of medical disputes, improving the legislative construction of medical insurance mechanism, and strengthening the law enforcement of medical treatment. , To explore suitable for China’s existing national conditions to solve the medical treatment, put forward the path to the problem of governance medical problems.
