用改良刻度毛细管收集龈沟液（ＧＣＦ），用单扩法测定了５０名健康人（Ｈ）和３２名成人型牙周炎（ＡＰ）龈沟液和血清中的ＩｇＧ、ＩｇＡ含量。结果：Ｈ组ＧＣＦ中ＩｇＧ为１．９６ｇ／Ｌ，是血清的１９％，ＩｇＡ未能测出。ＡＰ组ＧＣＦ中ＩｇＧ、ＩｇＡ分别为７．２１ｇ／Ｌ和０．８３ｇ／Ｌ，是血清的７１％和６１％，ＡＰ组ＧＣＦ中ＩｇＧ与牙龈指数（ＧＩ）有正相关，揭示ＧＣＦ中ＩｇＧ含量与局部炎症程度有关，本研究首次报道了健康人ＧＣＦ中ＩｇＧ含量，为研究ＧＣＦ中Ｉｇ含量提供了一个正常值参数。
Gingival crevicular fluid (GCF) was collected with modified-scale capillaries and IgG and IgA levels in gingival crevicular fluid and serum from 50 healthy individuals (H) and 32 adult patients with periodontitis (AP) were determined by single-expansion method. Results: The IgG in GCF of group H was 1.96g / L, which was 19% of the serum, and IgA could not be detected. The IgG and IgA in GCF of AP group were 7.21g / L and 0.83g / L respectively, which were 71% and 61% of the serum respectively. There was a positive correlation between IgG and gingival index (GI) in GCF of AP group, In this study, IgG content in healthy human GCF was reported for the first time, which provided a normal parameter for studying Ig content in GCF.
