利用35个甘蓝型油菜Ogura胞质不育系与4个恢复系进行配合力及遗传力分析。采用4×35不完全双列杂交,对140个组合的9个重要农艺性状进行了配合力和遗传力的估算,其中包括根据云南地方气候特点制定的主茎冻荚与主茎阴荚性状。研究表明,一般配合力综合排名母本前5名分为A19>A29>A21>A20>A2;父本优劣排名次序为21R>64R>68R>16R;单株产量特殊配合力最好的组合为A17×21R。本研究旨在探明亲本材料的应用潜力,为生产上利用Ogura胞质不育系统选育甘蓝型油菜强优势组合提供数据支持。
Combining Ability and Heritability Analysis of 35 Oryza sativa CMS Lines and 4 Restorer Lines in Brassica. The combining ability and heritability of 9 important agronomic traits in 140 combinations were evaluated by 4 × 35 incomplete diallel crosses, including the main pods and main pods in accordance with the local climate in Yunnan. The results showed that the top five combinations of general combining ability were divided into A19> A29> A21> A20> A2 and 21R> 64R> 68R> 16R. The best combination of yield per plant A17 × 21R. The aim of this study was to identify potential applications of parental materials and to provide data support for the production of strong dominant combinations of Brassica napus using Ogura CMS.
