目的提高入托入学儿童预防接种证查验质量,保持高水平儿童免疫规划疫苗接种率水平。方法对2006-2011年石嘴山市入托入学儿童预防接种证查验工作资料进行总结分析。结果石嘴山市2006-2011年间入托入学儿童预防接种证查验率均保持在98%以上;全市儿童预防接种证持证率逐年提高,分别为86.86%、89.71%、92.75%、94.73%、95.61%、97.64%;儿童免疫规划疫苗接种率保持在99%以上;公众对免疫规划认识的深度、广度逐年提高,知晓率提高到90%以上。结论通过入托入学儿童预防接种证查验工作,提高并维持全市高水平的免疫规划疫苗接种率,提高了儿童预防接种证持证率水平,但查验工作中仍然存在一些不足和问题,需要改进和规范。
Objective To improve the quality of vaccination certificate for nursery children enrolled in nursery schools and to maintain the vaccination rate of high-level children’s immunization programs. Methods The data of examination work of immunization vaccination certificates for admission nurses in Shizuishan City from 2006 to 2011 were analyzed. Results The examination rates of immunization vaccination certificates for children enrolled in Shizuishan during 2006-2011 were all above 98%. The certificates of vaccination certificates for children vaccinated in the city increased year by year, reaching 86.86%, 89.71%, 92.75%, 94.73% and 95.61% respectively, 97.64%; vaccination coverage of children’s immunization program remained above 99%; public awareness of immunization program depth increased year by year, awareness rate increased to 90%. Conclusions Through the examination of vaccination certificates for admission children, the vaccination rate of high level immunization programs in the whole city is increased and maintained, and the rate of certificate of vaccination certificates for children is increased. However, there are still some shortcomings and problems in the examination, which need to be improved and regulated .
