研究了在阳离子表面活性剂CYMAB存在下,Cu(Ⅱ)与CAs形成多元胶束配合物的显色反应.配合物的摩尔吸光系数为1.03×10~5L.m01~(-1)·cm~(-1),铜含量在0-12μg/50ml范围内服从比耳定律.该体系灵敏度高,操作简便、快速,选择性较好.
The color reaction of Cu (Ⅱ) with CAs in the presence of cationic surfactant CYMAB was studied.The molar absorption coefficient of the complex was 1.03 × 10 ~ 5L.m01 ~ (-1) · cm ~ (-1) and the Beer’s law is obeyed in the range of 0-12μg / 50ml.The system has the advantages of high sensitivity, easy operation, fastness and good selectivity.
