伴焦虑抑郁消化内科患者行临床健康教育的效果研究

目的研究健康教育护理对伴焦虑抑郁消化内科患者的临床疗效。方法选择我院收治的伴焦虑抑郁消化系统疾病的患者168例,随机分为对照组84例,采用常规护理,观察组84例,在常规护理的基础上实施健康教育。运用SAS和SDS评分来评估患者治疗前后焦虑与抑郁的程度,观察并记录疾病治疗效果和住院时长。结果观察组出院前24h的SAS和SDS评分显著低于入院前24h,且显著低于对照组出院前24h的评分,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05),观察组患者治疗显效率优于对照组,住院时长较对照组短,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论健康教育能有效缓解消化内科患者焦虑抑郁情绪,继而有助于提升患者疾病的康复效果、加快康复进程。 Objective To study the clinical effects of health education nursing on patients with anxiety, depression and digestive diseases. Methods A total of 168 patients with anxiety and depression digestive diseases admitted in our hospital were randomly divided into control group (n = 84), general nursing and observation group (n = 84). Health education was conducted on the basis of routine nursing. SAS and SDS scores were used to assess the extent of anxiety and depression in patients before and after treatment, observation and record of disease treatment and hospital length of stay. Results The scores of SAS and SDS at 24h before admission in the observation group were significantly lower than those before admission and were significantly lower than those in the control group before 24h of discharge (P <0.05). The effective rate of treatment in the observation group was better than that of the control group Group, hospitalization duration shorter than the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusion Health education can effectively relieve the anxiety and depression in patients with gastroenterology, which in turn helps to improve the recovery of patients’ diseases and speed up the rehabilitation process.
