本文总结了给予大白鼠阴道填塞“741”外用避孕药膜(主要成份是烷苯聚醇醚Akyphenxy polyethoxy ethanol)所引起的动情周期变化。以(1)动情周期的平均天数;(2)动情周期与鼠龄的关系;(3)动情周期的终止时间,作为组间比较的指标。经过两年的观察与阴道涂片检查,其结果:药物空白对照(C)、“741”低剂量(L)、“741”中剂量(M)、“741”高剂量(H)、赋形剂(聚乙烯醇)对照(PC),各组间的统计学比较,都无显著性差异。提示长期给予该药膜对大白鼠的动情周期的发动与时相无明显干扰。对用药大白鼠的卵巢功能也无明显影响。
This article summarizes the oestrous cycle changes caused by the vaginal stuffing “741” topical contraceptive film (the main ingredient is Akyphenxy polyethoxy ethanol).
