介绍了新日铁公司新开发的发电锅炉用18Cr-9Ni-W-Nb-V-N钢管(火SUS347J1TB)的成分设计思路,分析了在基础成分中控制C含量及添加Nb、V、W等元素对钢管组织及性能的影响。对新开发钢管做高温拉伸、蠕变断裂、水蒸气氧化、高温腐蚀和时效韧性等试验。研究结果表明:火SUS347J1TB在各温度段下的抗拉强度与SUS347HTB相比,提高约100MPa;其耐高温腐蚀和耐水蒸气氧化特性与SUS347HTB和SUS304HTB相当。
This paper introduced the composition design of 18Cr-9Ni-W-Nb-VN steel tube (SUS347J1TB) newly developed by Nippon Steel Corporation for power generation boiler, analyzed the effect of controlling C content and adding Nb, V, W and other elements in the basic composition The influence of steel pipe organization and performance. The new development of high tensile steel pipe, creep rupture, water vapor oxidation, high temperature corrosion and aging toughness and other tests.
