“一年企业靠运气,十年企业靠制度,百年企业靠文化”。企业文化是企业发展的灵魂,是一种蕴藏着巨大能量的先进生产力。小企业做事,大企业做人,企业文化建设是企业管理变革的基础平台,企业的生存、改革、发展必须以先进文化为主导。因此,必须确立以人为本,通过企业文化加强企业管理,把加强企业文化建设作为提高素质、凝聚人心、推动工作的工程来抓。秉承南网方略与企业文化理念,笔者就如何加强县级供电企业省直管后的企业文化建设,谈谈个人的认识。

Small business, big business life, corporate culture is the foundation of business management changes, business survival, reform and development must be led by advanced culture. Therefore, we must establish people-oriented, strengthen corporate management through corporate culture, and strengthen corporate culture construction as a project to enhance quality, unite people and promote work. Adhering to the South Network strategy and concept of corporate culture, the author on how to strengthen the county-level power supply enterprises after the direct management of corporate culture, to talk about personal understanding.
