目的探讨舒适护理服务在消化道急救病人中的应用效果。方法选取2016年2月至2017年1月在本院收治的上消化道出血患者98例,并随机分为观察组49例和对照组49例,对照组没有普通护理,观察组在普通护理基础上给予舒适护理,观察两组护理效果。结果观察组平均止血时间和住院天数均少于对照组,P<0.05;观察组护理满意度明显高于对照组,差异显著,P<0.05。结论舒适护理使上消化道出血临床疗效得到改善,并能提高护理质量,降低医疗费用。
Objective To explore the effect of comfort nursing service in patients with gastrointestinal emergency. Methods A total of 98 patients with upper gastrointestinal bleeding admitted to our hospital from February 2016 to January 2017 were randomly divided into observation group (49 cases) and control group (49 cases). There was no general nursing in the control group To give comfort and care, observe the two groups of nursing effects. Results The average hemostasis time and hospitalization days in the observation group were less than those in the control group (P <0.05). The nursing satisfaction in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group (P <0.05). Conclusions Comfortable nursing can improve the clinical curative effect of upper gastrointestinal bleeding and improve nursing quality and reduce medical expenses.
