随着我国社会主义市场经济的逐步建立和完善,大多企业都已经具备了较强的市场竞争意识。新常态经济发展背景下,企业人力资源管理在企业运行和管理中有着非常重要的作用,但在实际的企业发展中,一部分企业领导并没有正确认识到人力资源管理工作对企业的重要性,导致企业人才资源的流失,因此,如何最大限度的创新人力资源管理,提高企业员工的积极性和主动性,是企业人力资源管理模式变革的重要问题。本文主要针对当前企业人力资源管理模式的现状,进一步探讨了其创新策略。
