有机磷农药杀螟松(杀螟硫磷)在加拿大广泛用于防治森林虫害。以往的报道多是关于杀螟松对环境的污染问题,本文主要评价杀螟松对肺的毒性作用。实验用Sprague-Dawleg系大鼠,分成五组。将工业用杀螟松溶于玉米油中,气管注入给药,剂量分别为2、20、200 mg/kg,。一次给药后于1、3、7、21、60和180天处死动物,用光镜和电镜观察肺组织;另设玉米油组和空白组(不给任何处理)作对照。实验结果表明:200 mg/kg组一次给药后
Organophosphorus pesticide fenitrothion (fenitrothion) is widely used in Canada to control forest pests. Previous reports mostly on the fenitrothion pollution of the environment, this paper mainly to evaluate the toxicity of fenitrothion on the lungs. Sprague-Dawleg rats were divided into five groups. The fenitrothion dissolved in corn oil, tracheal injection, the dose was 2,20,200 mg / kg ,. Animals were sacrificed on days 1, 3, 7, 21, 60 and 180 after one administration. Lung tissues were observed under light microscope and electron microscope. Corn oil group and blank group (without any treatment) were set as controls.
