在当下的班级管理中,很多老师们都采取了严格管理的方式。严格要求对于班级管理是行之有效的管理手段,让班级更规范化和有纪律性。然而我认为,严格的管理应该宽松有度,让学生感到心服口服,不能只采取强硬的措施来让学生迫于压力而屈服。宽容的态度会拉近老师和学生的距离,让他学生从内心受到感化教育,而过度严厉会让学生产生逆反心理,让学生和老师走到对立面,从而不利于教学管理工作的展开。
In the current class management, many teachers have adopted a strict management approach. Strict requirements for class management is an effective management tool to make the class more standardized and disciplined. However, I think that strict management should be relaxed, students feel convinced, can not be taken only tough measures to make students forced to submit to pressure. A tolerant attitude will narrow the distance between the teacher and the student so that his students will be probatively educated from the heart. Too much harshness will cause the student to become rebellious and let the students and the teacher go to the opposite, which will not be conducive to the development of teaching management.
