目的了解精神病医院抗菌药物使用的情况。方法抽取连续6个月各病区抗菌药物使用统计表,结合病人病历进行分析。结果与结论抗菌药物在我院病区使用的比例为2.4%,主要使用的药品类别有:青霉素、头孢类、大环内酯类、喹诺酮类、硝基咪唑类,按药品的分类、使用量、联合用药的使用情况,针对用法、用量、合并用药等情况进行分析。
Objective To understand the use of antimicrobial agents in psychiatric hospitals. Methods Six months of continuous use of antibacterials in each ward statistical tables, combined with the patient’s medical records were analyzed. RESULTS AND CONCLUSION Antibacterials were used in the ward of our hospital at a rate of 2.4%. The major drug categories used were penicillin, cephalosporins, macrolides, quinolones, and nitroimidazoles. According to the classification and dosage of drugs, , The use of combination therapy, for usage, dosage, combined medication and other circumstances were analyzed.
