一、成立预算会计研究会的重要意义(一)成立预算会计研究会是提高预算会计业务素质的需要。目前我省预算会计人员已发展到四万多人,这是我省财务战线上的一支重要力量,他们负责核算、反映、监督各级政府及所属事业单位的财务收支活动。提高这支队伍的理论水平和业务能力,对于完成国家的财政经济任务,贯彻各项财经政策至关重要。因此,成立研究会,开展学术研究,提高预算会计整体素质是十分有益的。(二)成立预算会计研究会是适应社会主义市场经济体制改革,建立完善的预算会计核算体系的需要。党的十四大在全面总结我国十四年改革开放实践经验的基础上,明确提出了建立社会主义市场经济体制的改革目标,这是我国经济管理体制的一次根本性变革,我们预算会
