2003年是全面贯彻落实党的十六精神的第一年，宝安区卫生局新领导班子享领金休医疗卫生工作者按照“三个代表”重要思想要求，以深化改革为动力，以建立良好的运行机制，捍升服务质量为目标，以群众满意为标准，形成台力，扎实推迸备项工作。实现“四个突破”、“五个日矿，推进‘六项工作”。
The year 2003 was the first year in which the 16th spirit of the Party was fully implemented.
