现代高等职业技术教育的动力以及目标主要是针对有社会需求的高级技术应用型人才去进行针对性的培养。因此高职院校康复治疗技术专业应该以适应和符合现有社会需求或进一步满足现有岗位需求为建设导向,并在此基础上制定专业培养目标,构建合理的课程体系,选择实用的课程内容以及完善教学评价体系。本研究以职院校康复治疗技术专业课程体系为研究对象,采用以需求为导向进行体系改革进行研究。
The motivation and goal of modern higher vocational and technical education are mainly targeted at the training of advanced technical talents with social needs.
