在恶性肿瘤的化学药物治疗中,常常因白细胞下降,全身抵抗力低下而不能完成治疗计划,从而影响疗效。近年来,国内外在研究提高机体防御能力的抗肿瘤药物方面有不少报道。由溶血性链球菌产生的抗肿瘤物质—OK432已成为日本流行的抗肿瘤免疫药物。西安医学院、四川抗菌素工业研究所等单位研制的多抗甲素是由α-溶血性链球菌33~#所产生的α-甘露聚糖肽类物质,对小鼠艾氏腹水癌的生长有一定的抑制作用,能升高动物外周血的白细胞,并能激活网状内皮系统的吞噬功能。我院自1982年9月至1983年9月对59例联合化疗的乳腺癌患者进行了观察,结果报告如下。
