我曾参加过专题研究工作。通过对研究工作有关规定的学习和实践体验,深感建立专题技术档案的重要性。科学研究专题技术档案是在科学实践过程中形成的文件材料,既是科学技术研究工作的历史记录和实际反映,又是继续进行科技研究工作的必要条件之一。因此,建立好科学技术档案,对研究工作有着重要的作用。我室几年来研究了不少专题,有的已结束,有的目前尚在继续研究中。由于过去对建立专题技术档案的重要性认识不足,很多已研究完的专题的材料未及时整理归档,且又无专人保管,结果,试验研究材料与参考文献混杂在一起,并分散保管在各个柜子里和研究人员手中,想找一份材料很困难。尤其是当原专题负责人变动
