上海市教育科学研究院的一项研究预测表明,随着我国经济与社会的发展,今后10年内我国对人才的需要将有较大的变化。按照国家人事部的有关统计预测,我国今后几年急需的人才主要是以下8大类:以电子技术、生物工程、航天技术、海洋利用、新能源新材料为代表的高新技术人才;信息技术人才;机电一体化专业人才;农业科技人才;环境保护技术人才;生物工程研究与开发人才;国际经贸人才;律师人才。
A research forecast of Shanghai Academy of Education and Science shows that with the development of economy and society in our country, the demand for qualified personnel in our country will change greatly in the next 10 years. According to the statistics of the Ministry of Personnel, the urgent need for talents in the coming years is mainly in the following eight categories: high-tech talents represented by electronic technology, bioengineering, space technology, marine utilization and new energy and new materials; ; Mechatronics professionals; agricultural science and technology personnel; environmental protection technical personnel; biological engineering research and development personnel; international economic and trade personnel; lawyers.
