一、前言热轧钢筋广泛用于工业和民用建筑的钢筋混凝土结构。它占钢材产量的10~11%。按人均计对钢筋的需用量:捷克为46kg,意大利为45kg,法国为12.5kg。日前发展的趋势是在降低合金元素在钢筋中含量的同时,努力提高其强韧性能,以降低钢筋混凝土中钢筋的消耗量。实验证明,控轧钢筋能提高综合强韧性能2~4级,可减少废次品,提高成材率,与热处理钢筋相比,简化了热处理工序,降低了金属氧化铁皮的损耗及能
I. Introduction Hot-rolled steel is widely used in industrial and civil buildings of reinforced concrete structures. It accounts for 10 to 11% of the steel production. According to the average amount of steel on the demand: the Czech Republic 46kg, Italy 45kg, France 12.5kg. The recent trend is to reduce alloying elements in the steel content, while trying to improve its toughness, in order to reduce the consumption of steel in reinforced concrete. Experiments show that the controlled rolling steel can improve the overall toughness of 2 to 4, can reduce waste products, improve the finished product rate, compared with the heat treatment of steel, simplifying the heat treatment process, reducing the metal oxide scale loss and energy
