电能对于社会经济发展有着重要作用,而水利水电工程建设则关系到了民生国计。水利水电工程建设不仅能够解决电力供应问题,同时也能够对旱涝灾害进行调节,项目管理指的是在项目建设的过程中对全过程进行有效规划与协调的各种行为。
Electricity plays an important role in social and economic development, while construction of water conservancy and hydropower projects is related to people’s livelihood. Water conservancy and hydropower project construction can not only solve the power supply problem, but also can adjust the drought and flood disasters. Project management refers to various activities in the whole process of effective planning and coordination during project construction.
