目的研究分析2型糖尿病患者脑干听觉诱发电位的变化。方法选取2015年2月—2016年9月收治的50例2型糖尿病患者进行研究,检测患者脑干听觉诱发电位,对比听觉通路左耳、右耳损害及中枢性、周围性损害。同时,分析2型糖尿病患者病程、空腹血糖同脑干听觉诱发电位之间的关系。计量资料采用t检验,计数资料采用χ~2检验,P<0.05为差异有统计学意义。结果 2型糖尿病患者脑干听觉诱发电位中枢性损害发生率(82.0%)显著高于周围性损害发生率(44.0%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。2型糖尿病病程≥5年患者的Ⅰ~Ⅲ波和Ⅰ~Ⅴ波峰间潜伏期分别为(2.32±0.30)、(4.30±0.29)ms,较2型糖尿病病程<5年患者的(2.14±0.22)、(4.09±0.28)ms延长,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论脑干听觉诱发电位检测能在早期发现无脑部受损临床症状2型糖尿病患者的听神经是否受累和受累部位。
Objective To study the changes of brainstem auditory evoked potentials in type 2 diabetic patients. Methods Fifty patients with type 2 diabetes who were admitted to our hospital from February 2015 to September 2016 were selected to study the brainstem auditory evoked potentials. The left and right ear lesions and central and peripheral lesions of the auditory pathway were compared. At the same time, the relationship between type 2 diabetes duration and fasting blood glucose and brainstem auditory evoked potentials was analyzed. Measurement data using t test, count data using χ ~ 2 test, P <0.05 for the difference was statistically significant. Results The incidence of central auditory evoked potential (82.0%) in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus was significantly higher than that of peripheral lesions (44.0%) (P <0.05). The latency of Ⅰ ~ Ⅲ wave and Ⅰ ~ Ⅴ wave peak were (2.32 ± 0.30) and (4.30 ± 0.29) ms respectively in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus with ≥ 5 years of disease duration, 2.14 ± 0.22 (2.14 ± 0.22) ms longer than those with type 2 diabetes mellitus < , (4.09 ± 0.28) ms, the differences were statistically significant (all P <0.05). Conclusions Brainstem auditory evoked potentials can be detected in the early stage of auditory nerve involvement and involvement in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus without brain damage.
